- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process

- Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, in cases of incorrect or defective items.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us to arrange for a replacement.
